This year's annual training trip to France was a huge success, with over 12 DMAA students spending 2 weeks training hard in a beautiful medieval village in Provence, in the shadow of a 10th century chateau.
We were greatly honoured this year to have Master Cheung Kwok Tai and his family join us, who flew over from Hong Kong especially for this event.
It was the first time Master Cheung has joined us in France and to have such a respected master of kung fu and tai chi live with us and share his near limitless knowledge so freely, was a rare and cherished gift indeed.

After early morning Chi Gung practice, the days were a fantastic mixture of theory, form and practical application of traditional Chinese kung fu and tai chi. All students worked hard and enjoyed personal instruction from both Sifu Braithwaite and Master Cheung.
The evenings were spent enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the area, it's villages, vineyards, restaurants and the warm hospitality of the locals.
